You can request to list yourself as a trainer on our platform by logging in and submitting the details in the "Request Trainer Listing" form

Screening

Our experts will check your application and assess your abilities to become a trainer based on the information you provide

Demo

You will then get a chance to show us what you are made of! Pick a topic in your area of expertise and give our experts a demo

Onboarding

After selection, the on-boarding process will be initiated. This includes documentation, verification, profile creation and orientation

Start Training

After the orientation, you will be listed as a trainer on our platform. Congrats! Now you can start to earn while helping students learn

No. There is no registration fee to be paid to Skill At Will for enrolling and getting listed as a Trainer.

 

No there is not contract that you will have to sign to be a part of Skill At Will as a trainer.

Depending on your availability and flexibility you are free to opt for both online and offline training.

Yes, you can. However it should follow standard guidelines of Skill At Will which will be based on your level of expertise and experience.

Yes, the prices for offline training will generally be higher than online training. You will be briefed about the same during the once you request to list as a trainer or during the on-boarding process. 

Yes, you have to prepare your own training content based on your domain expertise and industry knowledge for training the learners. However, our team will help you with the guidelines and mandatory topics to be covered to help you structure the course to provide a standardised content for the learner.

Depending on the number of hours you are willing to put in to training, your abilities, expertise, experience and the domain in which you are training you can earn anywhere between 30,000 to 60,000 INR pm.

Firstly, we expect all the trainers to be passionate about teaching. Secondly, you should be sensitive to the learning needs and abilities of the student. Thirdly, you should be able to assess the current level of knowledge, skills of the students and develop a relevant content/learning plan for them (based on industry needs). Fourthly, you should continuously help the student improve their skills and knowledge with the help of constructive feedback based on their performance in tests and assignments.
