Content Guidelines

We want our community members, prospective “skillsters” to get the best skill learning experience. When your personal experience of learning a skill in a particular school or a class exceeds your expectations, if you loved the trainer’s teaching methodology, the customer service of the school during and after your enrolment, the infrastructure etc. Be sure to let others know about it – help other to get the best skilling experience just as you got.

We welcome everyone’s opinions, descriptions of your learning experiences etc, however, we do expect certain things from every user at Skill At Will. All the reviews, photos and comments you share are subject to our Content Guidelines.

If your activity on Skill At Will doesn’t match up to our content guidelines, we reserve the right to take necessary actions. This could include altering or deleting your reviews or comments, or deleting your Skill At Will account altogether, with or without notice.

If you see content that does not align with these guidelines or our Terms of Service, please let us know. We will consider all reports. However, due to the diversity of our community, it is possible that content disagreeable to you might not meet the criteria to be removed.


Code of Conduct for the Skillsters

  • Keep it clear and relevant: We want to make sure that all the content on the site i.e., reviews, comments and ratings is of highest quality providing useful insight to everyone. While writing reviews please make sure that your reviews have ample information for the people who are reading it. Please avoid irrelevant information. We reserve the right to remove the review if found irrelevant.
  • Keep it Real: Please write the review based on your own experiences with the classes, workshops, events and trainers.  Please don’t write reviews a skill class experience if you have not personally taken the class. Parents can write reviews about their experiences with their children’s class/learning experiences. Please keep the content concise, don’t exaggerate or falsify your experiences. We trust that you’ll play fair and create your own content. False and inappropriate content will be removed.
  • Don’t be fake: Your profile is your identity on Skill At Will, so keep it real. You’re welcome to use a screen name, but please refrain from using inappropriate names, bios, or profile images. We want to stay clean, and we might end up removing your account depending on how inappropriate your profile is.
  • Don’t be a bully: We take allegations of blackmail or threatening behaviour against schools, institutes and its associates very seriously. This activity is strictly against our guidelines. Reviews submitted in an attempt to blackmail a restaurant and its associates will be deleted.
  • Play by the rules: The content you add should be in compliance with Skill At Will’s Terms of use.

Photo Guidelines:

One picture is worth a thousand words. The best way to communicate your personal learning experiences is through pictures. Please add pictures which are real, your own, and clear to help others get insights from our experiences with learning from a particular class or school.


Guidelines for the Schools and Institutes:

We are on a mission to provide people who want to get skilled with the access to the best quality training schools, institutes and companies for the best learning experiences. So we expect you to keep few things in mind regarding your listings with Skill At Will.

Up to Date Listings: We strive to keep the listings up-to-date with our research, however, we appreciate if you are in touch with us to provide us relevant and most recent information to keep your profile updated. If you phone numbers, conatct mail address, timings etc are not updated, your customers may develop negative image about your company.
