I am SHREYA SINGH pursing my final year MBA from KIET group of institutions . As a person I prefer to be an optimistic in every decision of mine. So, during my internship. I got an opportunity to brush my communication skills in the profile of recruitment and selection in the company ABP MANAGEMENT PRIVATE SERVICES LIMITED. Major responsibilities was co-ordinating phone interview, recruiting the candidate . I managed the literary fest held at my college .While coordinating this very first event held in KIET ,it gave me confident and how i can manage my time in much better manner. Later I managed few more event of KIET kavyanjali club . In these additional courses and events , I learn the art of managing myself and other people .
